What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
• Delivery details: hotel, room number or delivery address and delivery notes.
• Order details: items ordered, amounts and order history.
• Payment information: handled by our payment partners; we receive only a payment reference and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits).
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and cookies needed to run the Platform.

How we use it

• To take, deliver and support your orders (performance of a contract).
• To prevent fraud and keep the Platform secure (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To send offers, only if you agree (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Partner restaurants and hotels (to prepare and hand over your order), delivery staff, payment providers, hosting and email providers, and authorities where the law requires. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for up to 6 years for legal and tax purposes. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
